These policies apply to every person who visits Orient Land Trust property. The goal is to preserve the comfort of all visitors and ensure that everyone enjoys their time here.
Admission Limits
These limits serve to reduce the influence of a individual or group over the other visitors present. Visitor Admission Policy Valley View Hot Springs’ membership system ended December 31st, 2003. Orient Land Trust and Valley View Hot Springs are open to the public on weekends as well as weekdays. · Weekend/Holiday use will be limited by quotas, with a separate quota for each type of use (day visitor, private accommodation, Oak House, vehicle camper, tent camper). These limits will ensure that Orient Land Trust is not overused and that all visitors continue to enjoy a quality experience. · Reservations will be taken for weekend day use. Reservations are highly recommended, as they are the only way of guaranteeing admittance on a weekend (if quotas are reached). See "Reservation Policy" below. · Weekday use admission does not have a quota. Reservations are available for all accommodations.
·
All pet owners will be required to pay a $50 deposit each
time they bring their pets. The deposit will be refunded if all rules are
followed and no problems are reported. See Pet
Information. Reservation Policy Reservations may be made for either one private accommodation or one vehicle campsite or up to two tent-sites or up to two beds in Oak House. Except for private accommodations and Oak House rooms, reservations are for a type of use only; you are not reserving a specific vehicle campsite, tent-site, or Oak House dorm bed. Choice of spaces are as you arrive. Availability information for private accommodations are on our web. See Accommodation Availability Calendar. See Before You Call for reservation cancellation policy and other information. See Rate Information for rates.
