No private pools or sauna. Consensual adults must get a room or keep it in tents. All areas are to be kept kid-friendly, clean, and inviting at all hours.
Overt sexual behavior remains strictly prohibited and illegal throughout OLT's properties and history. While non-erotic nudity and family naturism is welcomed here, anyone found being publicly sexual will be permanently banned and may be reported to legal authorites.
For the education, enjoyment, and well-being of current and future generations, Orient Land Trust:
promotes a positive clothing-optional experience at all properties including Valley View Hot Springs, Orient Mine and Everson Ranch;
preserves the viewshed, including land acquisition;
protects natural, wild, agricultural, and historic resources, in the northern San Luis Valley.
